Our trainee in the trial system, Ms. Jennifer Haack, successfully completed the 2-year, shortened apprenticeship as an industrial clerk with us in summer 2019. This is followed by a two-year course in business administration with acquisition of the academic degree "Bachelor of Arts Business Administration".

Our "freshly baked" industrial clerk is the best proof that it is still a pleasure to train motivated young people.

We are very happy with Ms. Haack for her future, but also for our company, which shows that the trial model is very well suited as a training basis for later professional life.

This encourages us to continue to give young people the opportunity to complete an apprenticeship with us and to promote the next generation.
