Employee recognition: Our monthly vouchers

We firmly believe that valuing our employees is an essential part of our corporate culture.

Each employee receives a voucher every month, which they can redeem at their discretion in one of 80 available stores or online platforms. The choices range from restaurants and online shops to various services. Using the vouchers is incredibly easy. Using the special app on their mobile phone, employees select their preferred store, and the voucher is downloaded directly to their phone. Every employee plays a vital role in our success, and these vouchers are our small way of thanking you for your contribution.
